Executive Director
Raeanne joined Solid Rock in 2013. She is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College where she studied Women in Christian Ministry.
Raeanne is married to James and they have two sons - Hayes and Micah. They enjoy serving together as a family and doing life with the other families who enter the doors of Solid Rock.
Jill Hess
Advancement Director
Jill joined our team in June 2024. In 2022, she graduated from Millersville University with a BS in Marketing. Jill is happy to chat with anyone - especially about what God is doing at Solid Rock.
Jill and her husband Mason love to talk, discover new restaurants, and explore new places together.
Josh Rotz
Youth Director
Josh joined Solid Rock in June 2019. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a degrees in Youth & Young Adult Ministry and Biblical Studies. From a young age he was involved in summer camp & youth group and he carries that love for serving to Solid Rock!
Josh enjoys being outside, going to the beach, hiking, playing lawn games, and hanging out with friends.
Hannah Erdvig
Elm. Coordinator
Hannah joined Solid Rock in August 2023. She graduated from Liberty University with her BA in Social Work and is working on her MBA in Nonprofit Leadership & Management.
Hannah is really great at making people feel welcomed and loved. She enjoys time with her family and friends - especially if it involves being outside hiking or paddle boarding.
Heidi Parker
Marketing & Communications
Heidi joined Solid Rock in the summer of 2021. She holds degrees in English and Organizational Leadership. Heidi has served in Christian ministry for most of her adult life and is excited to now be at Solid Rock.
Heidi is married to her husband David and they have three children - Addi, Solomon and Molly. They love being a part of the Quarryville community through their church and Solid Rock relationships.
